It’s the end of March! YAY! NO MORE POSTING EVERY DAY! I know, I know, you’ll be sad. But it’s okay. I won’t let it keep me up at night, and neither should you. It’s been a fun experience that who knows, maybe I’ll repeat someday, but for now it’s back to… oh I dunno…. TRYING TO GRADUATE. I know, I know. But my priorities are my own. What can I say?

So what shall I post to end the delightful month of March?

How about a life plan? Sound good? No? Too bad, you whiney babies.

This is what I want to do when I retire:

What’s that you say? Drive a horse-drawn buggy in Belgium? Why yes, how did you guess?! How COOL would that be? I wanna be a crotchety old lady who drives a horse cart in Belgium. I know, my dreams are lofty.

But I wanna hear the wheels clickity-clacking over the cobblestone streets (which I kid you not are SO much more adorable and romantic and PERFECT in person), smell the Belgian waffles (which are TO DIE FOR), and drive by this every day:

Oh yes, dear readers (if I still have any after the … less than interesting posts I’ve churned out this month), that is Belgian chocolate. Would I lie to you? Well, maybe. But this is no lie. It smells like happy, feels like silk, and tastes like…. well, I can’t even describe what it tastes like. The words would not do it justice. Let’s just say I brought some back for mom and she tried REALLY hard to save it and stretch it out to make it last longer and it lasted…. oh all of about 2 days. Meltable deliciousness in a wrapper.

Anyway, I digress. A horse-drawn buggy. Yep. So look for me in 60 years to be in Belgium, with my cart, eating a waffle dipped in chocolate. Sheer bliss.
