So, I know it’s Tuesday, but since I have 8 o’clocks on Tuesday/Thursdays, I had to get my beauty rest last night. Anyway, I’d like to introduce you all (well, all 2 of you that still read this) to Quesdanga Mondays! Duh duh duuuuuuh! My roomate Janet eats lunch with her brother every Monday and they have quesadangas. I’ve invited her to be a guest writer/contributor to this here blog to spice things up a little. Today unfortunately she was unable to provide any comments to go with her pictures, but rest assured that on future Mondays she’ll be here in all her witty glory. QUESADANGA MONDAY.
I would like to note the use of the badass floral tray, c. 1978, in the background of the first and third photos. I’d also like to say that my brother did indeed first pick that tray out of the stack, but at the sight of my eyes lighting up, he graciously handed it to me for my use. This floral tray is a rarity and when you do get the privilege of picking it out of the stack of trays, you know you are having a truly blessed day. So, friends, I must ask you, are YOU having a floral tray kind of day?
